Associate Director, Global Insights & Analytics

• Support Kite's commercialization efforts for CAR-T
• Inform the lifecycle management process
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to guide product and disease area strategy
• Provide an objective and detailed understanding of current and future markets, product performance, customers, and competitors
• Generate foundational market understanding within the CAR-T area through market research and forecasting activities
• Independently design and build forecast models for new markets and assets
• Leverage primary and secondary research insights and cross-functional inputs to build and maintain patient-based epidemiological forecasting models
• Produce analogues, formulate assumptions, and define forecast opportunities and risks
• Conduct forecast scenario analysis to support cross-functional decisions
• Provide guidance and input for short-term demand planning
• Synthesize market dynamics to identify potential performance drivers
• Assume responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of analyses
• Lead qualitative and quantitative market research studies with physicians, patients, and payers globally
• Integrate market research, competitive intelligence, and secondary analytics into actionable insights
• Manage vendors, research methodology, project alignment, execution, and reporting
• Partner with key stakeholder groups to support strategic and tactical decision-making, including opportunity assessments and brand planning
• Provide insightful analysis reflecting market dynamics, product performance, customers, and competitors to maximize the potential of cell therapy
• Create inclusion, develop talent, and empower teams as a people leader

• Master's Degree and 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience OR High School Degree and 14+ years of experience
• Experience in forecasting and market research within the biotech / pharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of the hematology / oncology clinical landscape and the business of cell therapy
• Experience in Large B-Cell Lymphoma
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and significant time pressures
• Strategic agility to adapt expertise in forecasting and primary market research to a biopharmaceutical field where standard frameworks do not exist
• Demonstrated ability to extract business insights and provide strategic recommendations based on analysis findings
• Comfort presenting to senior leadership and defending forecast assumptions

Expertise in forecasting and market research within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of the hematology and oncology clinical landscape. Proven ability to synthesize market dynamics and provide strategic recommendations to drive commercialization efforts for CAR-T therapies.
