Role
Senior Scientist in Cancer Genomics within Clinical Biomarker Development, focused on applying advanced genomics and multi-omics analyses to inform RAS(ON) inhibitor clinical programs across Phase I-III trials.
Responsibilities- analyze clinical biomarker data, integrate multi-omics datasets to explore disease biology, resistance mechanisms, and drug response
- collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate findings to diverse audiences
- Ph.D. in Cancer Genomics, Bioinformatics, or related field
- 2-8 years post-PhD experience analyzing cancer genomics data, including ctDNA and tumor tissue sequencing
- proficiency in R/Python, command line, and cloud/HPC environments
- strong foundation in cancer biology, particularly RAS/MAPK pathways in pancreatic, lung, or colorectal cancers
- experience with clinical endpoints
- RWE analytics
- longitudinal ctDNA analysis
- deep expertise in relevant cancer types
