Senior Director of Clinical Biomarker Development focusing on RAS(ON) inhibitors for oncology.
Primary objective sPrimary objective s include leading the design and execution of clinical biomarker strategies across solid tumor programs, supporting clinical development throughout product lifecycle, and serving as SME in biomarker sciences.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities encompass collaborative study design with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Biometrics, Regulatory), developing biomarker analysis plans with Bioinformatics, and advancing translational research in RAS biology.
RequirementsPh.D. in cancer biology or related field with 10+ years of industry experience, including 6+ years in oncology biomarker development, with expertise in oncogenic signaling pathways and molecular diagnostic technologies (NGS, IHC, PCR).
PreferredPreferred: knowledge of RAS biology, RAS-MAPK pathway, and prior experience in Phase 1-3 clinical trials.
High-value specificsHigh-value specifics include focus on RAS-addicted cancers, biologics or small molecules, clinical biomarker strategies, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced biotech environment.
