Role
Associate Director of Biostatistics leading statistical activities for late-stage oncology clinical trials, with a focus on RAS pathway inhibitors.
Responsibilities- represent biostatistics on study and cross-functional teams
- oversee statistical design, analysis, and reporting
- develop analysis plans
- collaborate with programming, data management, and clinical operations
- contribute to regulatory documents and strategy
- support publication efforts and stay updated on industry developments
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Statistics/Biostatistics
- 5+ years (Ph.D.) or 8+ years (M.S.) experience in biotech/pharma, with hands-on experience in late-stage oncology trial design and analysis
- proficiency in SAS and/or R
- strong communication and project management skills
- knowledge of ICH and regulatory standards
- experience in Phase 3 oncology trials
- oncology, RAS pathway, late-stage/Phase 3, statistical leadership, regulatory interaction, global development context
on-site at Redwood City, CA; salary range $186K–$233K, with total rewards.
