Vice President, Portfolio Chemistry, leading Revolution Medicines' medicinal chemistry and related sciences to advance oncology programs from hit validation through development candidate nomination.
Responsibilitiesdevelop and execute long-term chemistry strategy, integrate computational, AI/ML, and digital tools into discovery workflows, oversee organizational planning, resource allocation, and foster collaboration across research functions to ensure seamless program progression.
Requirements- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry;
- 16+ years in industrial drug discovery with proven leadership supporting multiple discovery programs;
- deep expertise in medicinal chemistry, structure-based design, and optimization;
- experience with computational chemistry and external collaborations.

- successful IND filings,
- clinical candidate delivery,
- patents/publications,
- experience with modalities like molecular glues or ADCs.
leadership in oncology small-molecule programs, from hit validation to IND-enabling studies, with experience integrating AI/ML into discovery.
CollaborationCollaboration with senior research leadership, external CROs, and cross-functional teams is essential.
Work setuponsite at Redwood City, CA, with salary range $294K-$367K, inclusive of competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.
