Pool Attendants are responsible for attending to guest requests, submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. They will also be responsible for bussing food and beverage items from the pool area. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.

Shift times: 10am to 5pm with flexibility to work weekends and holidays

The Hourly Range for this position is $16.90 per hour. This is the pay range for this position at Alila Ventana Big Sur reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.
* This role is eligible for service charge in addition to the base hourly rate, potential to earn $40 to $50 per hour.

• Must be 21+and be able to serve alcohol
