Banquet Server

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our team at Augustine Institute. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and allergens.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with meals and service.
• Handle complaints or concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Previous experience as a server or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, or other items (up to 30 lbs).
• Bend, reach, and stoop as needed.
