Executive Chef

We’re hiring an Executive Chef for Zin Bistro Americana in Westlake Village, CA. This is a great fit for someone with extensive culinary leadership experience who’s excited to shape a kitchen from the ground up and lead a team through a high-profile restaurant reopening.

• Lead all back‑of‑house operations, including hiring, training, scheduling and mentoring kitchen staff
• Collaborate with ownership and management during the final stages of renovation and relaunch
• Design and execute seasonal menus, ensure food quality and control costs
• Oversee kitchen flow, equipment sourcing, inventory and vendor relationships
• Set the tone for a disciplined, creative and high‑performing kitchen culture

• 7+ years of progressive kitchen management experience in upscale restaurants or boutique hotels
• Culinary school or hospitality degree preferred
• Confident leader on the line during high‑volume service
• Experience building and mentoring strong culinary teams
• Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
