FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPPORT
OverviewThis role involves working in various restaurant positions, including serving, barista duties, banquet service, and kitchen support like dishwashing and cleaning. Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, preparing coffee, cleaning the dining area, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. The job requires speed, accuracy, physical stamina, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Flexibility is essential, as you’ll work weekends, holidays, and as scheduled by management, with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Serve food and drinks to customers; maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare coffee and other beverages as required.
- Clean the dining area and maintain dining room hygiene.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and assist with dishwashing and basic food preparation as needed.
- Support banquet service as required, including setup and service.
- Stock service stations and replenish supplies; clear and reset tables.
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform ongoing duties.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week as scheduled.
