Sorella by GiadaSorellina by Giada will partner with Celebrity Chef and entrepreneur Giada De Laurentiis at our new land-based Hollywood Casino in Aurora. The new dining experiences will bring De Laurentiis’ signature fusion of classic Italian cuisine and modern California influence to the Chicagoland region.
ResponsibilitiesThe Busser is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room, assisting servers, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. This position supports the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, replenishing supplies, and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and efficiency.
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, chairs, booths, and service stations
- Assist servers by delivering water, bread, or other items as needed
- Refill beverages when appropriate
- Restock service stations with napkins, silverware, glassware, condiments, and other supplies
- Polish silverware and glassware
- Assist with food running when needed
- Remove trash and debris from dining areas
- Follow all health and sanitation guidelines
- Provide friendly and professional guest service at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 pounds
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
