** Dishwashing and Cleaning:

- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand as needed.

- Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored in their designated areas.

- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, and equipment.

- Empty trash and recyclables, and ensure proper disposal according to guidelines.

- Clean kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces regularly to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Food Preparation Assistance:

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, or preparing simple menu items as directed by the chef or kitchen supervisor.

- Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies for the kitchen staff.

- Follow proper food handling and storage practices to ensure food safety. General Kitchen Support:

- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring inventory is properly organized.

- Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.
