Capstone Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities:
Ensures all team members in the district are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction;
Evaluates each restaurant's QSC standards and provides regular feedback;
Communicates customer comments to the appropriate restaurant management and follows up;
Ensures General Managers and GMITs receive orientation, training, and development opportunities;
Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to team members;
Recruits new General Managers and GMITs and promotes internal advancement;
Analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions when deviations occur from financial expectations
