Position: Bartender Location: Del Mar, CA
Job :142 # of Openings:1 Bartender
Hourly | Part-Time | $17.75/hr + Tip-Eligible

We’re seeking high-energy, guest-focused Bartenders who deliver exceptional service while crafting both classic and innovative cocktails. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are personable, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced bar environment.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards
• Engage with guests, make recommendations, and deliver an elevated bar experience
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels behind the bar
• Execute opening, running, and closing side work efficiently
• Ensure compliance with s, alcohol service laws, and safety standards
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems (Toast)
• Collaborate with service staff and management to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to menu knowledge, upselling, and cocktail development

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills
• Valid Food Handler Card and RBS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
