Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Operate kitchen equipment including but not limited to slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, combi-oven, dicing machine and griddles;
Activitely participates with staff to cook, prepare, dish-up and assemble food in all outlets;
Promotes positive kitchen activity and reports inappropriate activity to the Chef or Lead on duty;
Must be able to maintain health department standards, which includes dates on products, product rotation, proper food temperatures, and overall food quality and appearance;
Be a customer experience owner, act in ways that will surprise and delight our guests
