Bailey’s Offshore Catering in Louisiana is urgently hiring Offshore Cooks for both day and night shifts. You will prepare meals and lead galley staff on offshore facilities, with extended periods at sea.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of restaurant experience, a valid TWIC card and , and the stamina to work 12-hour days, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, live aboard, and climb ladders while multitasking under pressure.
