Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in California is seeking a cook responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with company specifications and standards.
You will supervise line cooks, ensure health and sanitation compliance, prepare and garnish dishes, and collaborate with the team to deliver a smooth operation. A High School diploma or GED is preferred and 1–2 years as a cook’s apprentice is desired.
