Create Nourishing Meals and a Welcoming Kitchen as a Cook at Our Adult Residential Program

PRN, as needed position.

If you love preparing food that brings people comfort and care, this role is for you. As a Cook in our adult residential Intensive Resdientail Treatment Services (IRTS) program, you’ll be at the heart of daily life—helping create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment through healthy, well-prepared meals. Your attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety supports our mission to promote wellness and inspire hope in every interaction.

Enjoys preparing meals with purpose, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to supporting adults on their recovery journey.

• Maintain a safe, clean kitchen that meets state food safety regulations
• Prepare meals aligned with dietary menus and client needs
• Label, date, and rotate food to ensure freshness and safety
• Track inventory and maintain a three-day food supply at all times
• Coordinate with staff for special events or occasions
• Participate in required training and ongoing learning opportunities

High School/GED preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least one (1) year experience in a related field, specifically working with persons with a developmental disability and/or mental illness, preferred
