As a Server Assistant (also known as a Busser) at Charlie Gitto's, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience — clearing and resetting tables, supporting our servers and bartenders, and keeping our dining room clean and welcoming. It’s a great entry-level restaurant job for anyone looking to break into the hospitality industry or earn extra income with flexible hours.

We need a Server Assistant who understands that the little things make a big difference. Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Loves working behind the scenes to support the team and deliver a great guest experience
• Is quick, efficient, and detail-oriented

• Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently to keep service flowing
• Keeping the dining room clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assisting servers and bartenders with water refills, food running, and guest needs
• Restocking side stations, silverware, and supplies throughout the shift
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests and teammates

• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift bus tubs/trays for extended periods
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years old (or per local labor laws)
