eAs Head Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining and elevating the restaurant’s Michelin-star standards while leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing brigade. Working closely with ownership and senior leadership, you will oversee all culinary operations, menu development, food quality, kitchen management, and team performance

• sLead all kitchen operations to the highest Michelin standards
• .Create innovative seasonal menus showcasing exceptional technique and creativity
• .Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all services
• .Recruit, train, and develop a talented culinary team
• .Manage food cost, labour budgets, and inventory controls
• .Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• .Foster a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven kitchen culture

• sPrevious experience as Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Chef de Cuisine within a Michelin-starred restaurant
• .Strong leadership and team development skills
• .Exceptional knowledge of modern fine dining techniques
• .Proven ability to manage high-volume tasting menu operations
• .Financial acumen including food cost and labour management
• .Passion for excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction
