Compensation and Benefits

Earn $16.00 per hour.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (weekends until 5 p.m.)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside the facility.
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring units are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers in keeping payments current and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk throughout facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal, and debris removal.

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required to travel between work locations and conduct other work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
