Greet retail customers and assist them in selecting merchandise;
Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers;
Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and recommend related items;
Maintain cash drawer and process transactions including cash, checks, and credit cards;
Address and resolve customer complaints and assist with merchandise returns and stocking duties
