Ross Stores - South Springfield Farms Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and maintain a secure environment.;
Greet customers and interact with Associates in a courteous manner to deliver strong customer service.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to communicate indicators of theft and support shortage reduction initiatives.;
Assist with training and educating Associates on shortage reduction and safety procedures.;
Maintain professional appearance and comply with company dress code.
