As a member of our family‑owned business, you will facilitate and maintain relationships with vendors in your category within the Asia Pacific region. In addition, you will also conduct sales performance analysis to be able to identify the best way to adapt to current and future business trends. As Assistant Buyer, Liquor and Tobacco, you will
Your new job includes- be accountable for managing the SAP System’s data input and integrity, including the generation of necessary reports to support the Team’s decision making.
- maintain and manage the Master Data of all products, including new listings and product information as well as aging and end‑of‑cycle products, ensuring that the SAP system carries reliable and up‑to‑date information.
- collaborate with stakeholders within the Heinemann network, including external stakeholders, to ensure consistency in approach and efficiency in terms of operations and workflows.
- assist and support other ad‑hoc projects that may be assigned from time to time, including supporting the Team in buying activities and other general administrative tasks.
- a Diploma in Business, or any related discipline with a practical experience in a Retail or Merchandising function
- proficiency in using SAP system and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- strong communication and with proven ability to build and sustain relationships.
- keen attention to details; an organised, and structured approach when working with data and numbers.
- a pronounced can‑do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi‑task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
