Assist Store Manager with managing the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen foods, bread, and bakery items.;
Assist in inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service to ensure store performance.;
Train associates in proper food handling, stocking, rotation, and presentation of perishable products.;
Record Perishable Markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.;
Ensure sanitation standards and compliance with safety policies in Perishable departments..
