Director of Wholesale Sales & Operations

Premium apparel and loungewear brand built on a foundation of timeless comfort, exceptional craftsmanship, and classic Southern style. With a growing national footprint and presence in over 400 specialty retailers, the brand is entering its next phase of expansion.

This role will lead and scale the wholesale business across the United States, with a clear focus on driving revenue through premium boutiques, specialty retailers, and luxury hospitality accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead wholesale sales and operations strategy across the U.S. market

• Drive growth with key accounts including premium boutiques, specialty retailers, and luxury hospitality partners

• Build, lead, and scale a national network of independent sales representatives across key markets

• Develop deep relationships with top-tier retail accounts and identify new business opportunities

• Establish performance metrics across regions, channels, and accounts to support revenue growth

• Use BI and AI-driven insights to forecast demand, identify trends, and optimize inventory and sales performance

• Represent the brand at major trade shows, market events, and key retail meetings

• Implement and optimize wholesale platforms, including NuOrder and Shopify integrations, to improve the retailer experience

• Partner closely with Marketing to deliver strong sales tools, seasonal assets, and POP displays for wholesale accounts

• Streamline internal processes to ensure a seamless experience for retail partners

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in apparel wholesale, retail, or related industries

• Proven success managing independent reps or multi-region sales teams

• Strong relationships within boutique, specialty retail, and premium account channels preferred

• Experience selling into premium boutiques, specialty retailers, and/or luxury hospitality groups strongly preferred

• Experience with modern commerce platforms, BI tools, and data-driven decision making

• Highly analytical, strategic, and execution-focused
