- As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability.
- Execute retail merchandising activities to connect customers with brands in one of the world’s largest retailers.
- Be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store.
- Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
- Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products, and straighten products on the shelf.
- Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work across multiple applications and take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
- Represent Acosta and Acosta clients in your assigned Walmart store(s) and partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
- Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text; report your work the same day you complete it.
- Merchandise brands you know and love in a variety of categories.
- Variety in job tasks; you won’t perform the same task every day.
- Health plan options including no‑copay telemedicine, regardless of hours worked.
- Scheduled work can be Sunday through Saturday. Days depend on location requirements.
- Full-Time:
Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required). - Part-Time:
Flexible schedule, 2–4 days (Friday required). - Start work between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.; work between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (no evenings).
- Own your store(s) and build relationships; be the go‑to Acosta resource at Walmart.
- Work independently while being an extension of the Walmart family.
- Effectively communicate with store associates, store managers, and Acosta team members.
- Share best practices with the Walmart team nationwide.
- Reach out to your direct manager for help with challenges in store.
- Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Provide accurate data and photos following provided instructions; report your work the same day you complete it.
- Access to reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations daily.
