Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local and is growing to over 300 stores nationwide. As a Team Sales Lead you will energize the floor, coach teammates, and make the store feel like an active game day every day.

• At least 18 years of age
• 1-2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred
• Availability to work 10–20 hours per week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events
• Seeking a long-term position with advancement to store leadership
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform routine tasks such as stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching

$14.75 – $16.75 per hour. Part‑time (10–20 hours per week).
