Overview

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results‑driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You take the time to understand each customer's needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with the right products and services. Whether on the sales floor or in the fitting room, your warmth, product knowledge, and personal approach turn everyday visits into memorable moments.

You stay focused on achieving selling goals by driving performance through customer engagement and smart selling behaviors. With every interaction you build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire loyalty, making each visit both meaningful and successful.

This role goes far beyond just being a cashier. Here, the customer is at the heart of everything we do — every day, all day. If you’re passionate about selling, reaching goals, working as a team, and creating amazing experiences through genuine hospitality, this may be the perfect fit for you. You will also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting so every customer feels welcome the moment they walk in.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.

Who You Are
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Understanding and communicating effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
  • Meeting daily selling goal challenges.
  • Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
  • Resourceful, eager to start a new venture, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Capable of working independently while thriving in team dynamics.
  • Comfortable handling electronic devices.
  • At least one year of selling or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements You Will Perform
  • Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
  • Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; reaching, including above eye level.
  • Requires close, color, depth perception, and focus adjustment vision.
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash registers, and processing register transactions.
