We’re looking for a fun‑loving, energetic Retail Store Manager to lead our retail operations with passion and enthusiasm. This role is ideal for someone who, while not necessarily an artist, has a deep appreciation for art, an eye for detail, and enjoys engaging with people in a dynamic, creative environment.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store, driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing a talented team. You’ll be expected to develop strategies to grow the business, motivate your team, and create a positive, customer‑centric environment that ensures operational excellence and profitability.

• Develop Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Motivate and Support Team: Inspire your team to excel in merchandising, customer experience, and operations execution.
• Take Ownership: Lead by example, taking full ownership of store performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges related to sales, profitability, and staff management, fostering a positive, customer‑focused culture through recognition and rewards.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring zero customer complaints regarding product availability.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, service, or hospitality.
