• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality
• Time management and prioritization
• Problem solving and decision making
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and cases following company safety and sanitation procedures
• Ensure department standards are met
• Stock, rotate and straighten product
• Read and understand shelf tags and signage
• Follow all opening and closing procedures within the department
• Coach, develop, and inspire others to perform at their best through relationship building
• Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of store management

Training will be provided at store level.

Bending, stooping, lifting up to 25–100 pounds (depending on the job), working on feet for 8‑hour shifts, and operating in cold and warm environments.

• Internal Candidates:
  Store/Facility teammates – minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store Support Center teammates – minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
