• Greet customers and provide friendly, fast service.
• Operate the register and handle cashier responsibilities.
• Make product purchase suggestions and promote store offerings.
• Assist with the food program when required.
• Maintain store appearance inside and outside, ensuring high standards.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers daily and work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to generate effective ideas.
• Retail and customer service experience, especially as a sales associate or cashier.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in a career and to learn new skills.

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead (up to 30 minutes per shift).
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye–hand coordination.
• Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
