• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Operate cash register and perform cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program.
• Help maintain store appearance inside and outside the store.
• Ensure regular, predictable on‐site attendance.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks and meet store standards.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.
• Strong communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining positivity.
• Team player who works toward daily goals.
• Creative problem‑solving and quick thinking.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from the ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour in a shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
• Eye‑hand coordination and ability to climb a ladder to retrieve materials or place/ remove signs.
