Lead Cashier – Dickey Bub Farm & Home | Eureka, MO
Dickey Bub Farm & Home is hiring a Full-Time Lead Cashier at our Eureka, MO location — day shift, with a team that's genuinely great to work alongside.
As Lead Cashier, you're often the first and last impression our customers have. We're looking for someone friendly, reliable, and sharp at the register who takes pride in giving every customer a great experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
- Operate the register accurately and efficiently
- Build relationships with our loyal, repeat customer base
- Support loss prevention awareness on the floor
- Help train and guide other cashiers as needed
- Be a flexible team player across store operations
What We're Looking For
- Basic computer and math skills
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the store
- Prior cashier or customer service experience a plus
