Store Manager
Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of a Verizon Authorized Retail store, ensuring a superior guest experience and strong sales performance for the team.
ResponsibilitiesOn a typical day you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and coach team members by example on the sales floor.
- Manage daily operational tasks including opening/closing activities, cash handling, inventory restocking, and merchandising compliance.
- Drive personal and team sales by following the EGET sales process and meeting quota assignments.
- Resolve customer issues, handle escalations, and maintain brand compliance.
- Analyze staffing needs, report financial and sales data, and communicate daily/weekly/monthly goals.
- Address technical or facility issues by opening trouble tickets with Facilities/Network/IT.
- Collaborate with the District Manager on operational direction.
- Lead daily meetings, coaching sessions, and training to develop team performance.
- Ensure the store meets safety, cleanliness, and security standards.
- Share collective responsibility for reaching store targets.
- Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a leadership role.
- Experience managing a commission‑based sales team and meeting challenging sales goals.
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Skill in setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing high‑performing teams.
- Basic interviewing skills and staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (November–December).
- Minimum age 18 and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Base rate of $19.00 per hour with uncapped commission potential.
Physical Requirements- Lifting up to ten pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
All employees must complete a 2‑week New Hire University training program within 30 days of start date and participate in ongoing online and on‑site training courses throughout employment.
