Crumbl West County is hiring a team lead for AFTERNOONS AND EVENINGS
, to help lead afternoon and closing shifts. This role works closely with the store’s leadership team and will sometimes run short shifts independently and close the store, while most shifts will overlap with the General Manager or other shift managers.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can keep a small team organized, maintain production pace, and help ensure smooth evening operations.

• Lead and support a team of 2-4 during evening shifts
• Run and close shifts when scheduled independently
• Work alongside management during overlapping shifts
• Provide excellent customer service and oversee order fulfillment
• Assist with dough prep, baking, frosting, and decorating
• Assign stations and keep production on pace
• Maintain store cleanliness and complete closing procedures

• Afternoon & evening shifts (typically ending around 10:30pm)
• Full Time or Part Time
• Saturday availability required
• Closed Sundays

• $18-19 per hour

• Previous leadership or shift supervisor experience preferred
• Comfortable running shifts and closing when scheduled
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance
• Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
• Able to stand for shift duration and lift 10-50 lbs
