Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with guests, management and store associates.
- Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation.
- Generate sales, add‑on and develop relationships with guests.
- Ensure the guest remains the top priority.
- Maintain comfort and accuracy with cash handling/ringing.
- Work under moderate supervision.
- Communicate clearly and confidently.
- Detail oriented.
- Enthusiastic attitude.
- Basic use of digital devices and online applications.
- Growth mindset.
- Outgoing.
- Required to stand, walk, talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors.
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
Hourly: $15.00 – $17.00
