Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz guidelines.
• Confirm that store‑manager negotiated plans are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid state driver’s license.
• Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Capability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Experience in a fast‑paced work environment; able to perform physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Osage Beach, MO (primary location); secondary locations:
  Camdenton, MO;
  Versailles, MO.
• Seasonal, part‑time role working 25 hours/week on Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays from June 15 2026 to September 15 2026.

Hourly compensation ranges from $14.00 to $15.00 based on experience. The position includes a $700 end‑of‑season bonus, 401 Savings Plan, mileage reimbursement per company policy, health and well‑being program, employee assistance program, $10 Internet reimbursement (if no company device provided), safety equipment (kneeling pads, safety knives, PPE), and strong career advancement opportunities within the company.
