Act as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues;
Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers;
Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge;
Set daily shift directions and manage opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments;
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on sales floor and at checkout
