Maintain correct perishable stock levels and implement inventory controls;
Train associates in perishable presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of food;
Record inventory levels and perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrence;
Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and maintain sanitation standards in Perishable departments.
