Store Manager – Beyond Yoga

Beyond Yoga, a premium active lifestyle brand and part of the Levi Strauss & Co. family, is looking for a Store Manager to lead our physical location in Westfield Valley Fair, USA. This role focuses on driving sales, creating a superior customer experience, and building community connections.

• Drive results through customer experience & community building: execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and consistently improve key performance indicators.
• Deliver a hospitality‑driven culture where every customer feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Provide a consistent, elevated experience rooted in authentic connection, captivating the customer with deep product knowledge and converting them based on fabric, fit, and function.
• Assist in growing brand loyalty through community engagement, in‑store events, community pop‑ups, and clienteling.
• Deliver merchandising & operational excellence: execute store standards that reflect the Beyond Yoga expectation; implement all standard operating procedures, trainings, and comply with company policies.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health & safety protocols.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, accountability, continuous feedback, and celebration.
• Build personal capabilities and hold yourself accountable to personal goals and performance.

Required:

• Retail experience, preferably in apparel or active wear.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service and wellness.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, maneuver around the sales floor, stock room and office, and lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.

Salary range: $18.45 – $25.25 per hour. Salary is based on education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
