Food 4 Less - - Responsibilities:
Manage bakery/deli department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department financial goals and objectives, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools;
Support replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, and inventory preparation;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, signing, displays, sampling, and zoning procedures;
Support fresh food preparation and production including food safety standards and proper handling of supplies;
Demonstrate problem-solving, customer service focus, integrity, and teamwork to meet Harps’ mission
