The Pricing, Promotions & Product Specialist is a dedicated and detail-oriented individual responsible for supporting departmental operations and administrative tasks related to product information, pricing, cost, and promotional activities s role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The primary work hours are Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

About the role Pricing & Promotions
  • Review and enter coupon and bonus point offers
  • Process and verify temporary price reduction (TPR) contracts
  • Update vendor cost changes and adjust retail pricing
  • Review competitive pricing data and make necessary updates
  • Plan and manage holiday markdown pricing
  • Adjust monthly liquor pricing and promotions
  • Set up and test Storeline promotions and communicate updates
Ad Planning & Item Management
  • Prepare weekly ad plans and maintain schedules
  • Manage key deadlines for ordering, forecasting, and pricing
  • Process ad revisions and proof advertisements
  • Handle discontinued product updates and notify store teams
  • Review and set up new products in internal systems
  • Monitor store data and update price look‑up (PLU) codes
  • Manage store sign requests and pricing updates
Data & System Operations
  • Process item updates in product databases
  • Review daily reports for pricing and product accuracy
  • Format and post monthly promotional files for approval
  • Maintain digital catalogs and onboard new suppliers
  • Ensure proper syncing of key systems and reports
  • Troubleshoot system errors related to pricing, tags, and scales
Cross Functional Collaboration & Administrative Support
  • Respond to emails from stores, buyers, marketing, and accounting teams
  • Manage inventory and supply distribution for stores
  • Process orders for store fixtures and obtain approvals
  • Work with IT to set up new suppliers and resolve system issues
  • Coordinate with store teams to troubleshoot equipment and pricing issues
  • Handle seasonal and holiday product orders
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
About you Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to process large volumes of data accurately
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and expedite as necessary
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field such as retail operations, merchandising support, pricing analysis, or administrative coordination
  • Experience handling product pricing, promotions, vendor cost management, or category support
  • Familiarity with data entry and management of product, pricing and promotions (Product Information Management, Master Data Management and Retail Pricing Systems, Scale systems, or similar), and troubleshooting system-related issues
  • Experience managing reports, handling email inquiries, and working cross-functionally with internal teams
Education
  • Retail Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field - Bachelor's degree is preferred
