Pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Optional Saturdays 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Listing Specialist to join our team! This is a back-of-house position responsible for preparing pre-owned electronics for online resale. You will inspect, clean, photograph, organize, list, package, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records. Products remain on a required 30-day holding period before they become eligible for listing. Once released, you will retrieve inventory, verify condition, create online listings, and fulfill customer orders.

Training is provided, but candidates should be comfortable with technology and enjoy detail-oriented work.

• Retrieve inventory after the required holding period.
• Retest, clean, and inspect electronics before listing them for sale.
• Research model numbers, storage capacities, specifications, and configurations.
• Create accurate online listings using our internal standards.
• Photograph products for e-commerce listings.
• Package and ship completed online orders.
• Monitor shipments and assist with tracking requests.
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse records.
• Work closely with our buying team to ensure products move efficiently through the process.
• Follow our procedures for quality control and inventory accuracy.

• General understanding of consumer electronics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently at a workstation for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our software.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.

• Warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience.
• Experience creating online listings is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of gaming PCs and computer components is a strong plus.
• Experience with shipping, inventory tracking, or product photography is preferred.
