Our Beauty Trainee will focus mainly on fragrances and perfumes, while also supporting makeup and beauty categories when needed. The role includes customer service, sales support, merchandising, and stock handling.

• Welcome customers and understand their needs
• Advise customers on fragrances and product selections
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits
• Support sales targets and daily store operations
• Assist with product launches and promotions
• Maintain merchandising and counter cleanliness according to brand standards
• Support stock replenishment and report shortages
• Maintain professional grooming standards

• Interest or experience in fragrances or beauty retail
• Passion for perfumes and beauty products
• Flexible to work retail shifts and rotate between store locations if needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to support targets and KPIs
• Professional appearance and attitude
