Oversee bakery/deli department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, and achievement of department financial goals;
Support replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks;
Support merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, displays, signing, and zoning procedures;
Support fresh food preparation and production while maintaining food safety standards and appropriate handling;
Build relationships with customers and colleagues to enhance service and teamwork
