99 Ranch Market in Sacramento, CA is launching a Management Trainee (MT) program designed to build future retail and operations leaders. Trainees gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and rotations across stores, HQ, CPU, and DC with coaching and performance feedback.
Participants undergo 12–18 months of training, then may be assigned to a store to lead a department, manage SOPs, and drive sales while maintaining product standards and customer service. This role requires flexibility and travel.
