Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and dishonesty in the store;
Greet customers and provide courteous service or refer to management via radio;
Monitor front of store and respond to customer requests with store management or customer service;
Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to loss prevention or management;
Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with management
