Seasonal Truck Unloader

Kohl's Department Stores is hiring Seasonal Truck Unloaders to support our busy retail season. In this role, you'll safely unload incoming trucks, sort and process merchandise, and move freight to the sales floor and stockroom. You'll use basic equipment such as pallet jacks and carts, follow safety and inventory procedures, and help keep backroom and staging areas organized. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll ensure products are available quickly for customers and support our friendly, fast-paced store environment, with training and a potential path to longer-term opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload incoming freight from delivery trucks
• Sort, tag, and process merchandise accurately
• Move freight to sales floor and stockroom using pallet jacks and carts
• Stock shelves, racks, and fixtures to maintain product availability
• Follow safety, lifting, and backroom organization procedures
• Use basic inventory tools or scanners as directed
• Maintain clean, orderly backroom and staging areas
• Collaborate with store team to meet unloading and stocking timelines
