- Step in as acting Store Manager during PTO, vacancies, or other absences
- Support multiple Fast Lane locations to keep operations running smoothly
- Lead store teams and provide coaching, training, and daily support
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive store environment
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores that drive sales
- Help manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses
- Handle cash, deposits, and store transactions accurately and securely
- Monitor store performance and help implement strategies to improve results
Ensure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support stores wherever needed

QualificationsExperience, Education & Training
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service-related industries
- Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a customer-focused culture
- High school diploma or equivalent required
