Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive financial performance, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Own store performance, including sales, margin, shrink, and operational metrics
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize profitability, sales growth, and labor efficiency
• Forecast sales trends and align staffing and resources accordingly
• Ensure consistent execution of operational standards and company initiatives

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Maintain a high standard of store readiness, presentation, and customer experience
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure operational excellence and consistency
• Uphold safety standards and promote a strong safety-first culture

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing and engaged team
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Inspire and motivate team members to meet both short- and long-term business goals
• Build strong relationships through clear communication and emotional intelligence

• Translate business goals into actionable store-level strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Store Manager or higher)
• Experience managing high-volume retail operations
• Preferred: experience in warehouse, lumber, or large-format retail environments
• Strong familiarity with retail systems, technology, and operational tools
